This 100% remote role offers $80,000–$90,000 annually, travel up to 20%, and collaboration with locations to ensure service excellence and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree and/or five years’ experience in RT/DME sales or healthcare industry sales preferred.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BPO process efficiency.
• Manage CSR teams' financial and operational performance across locations.
• Recruit and hire staff as needed as approved by senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Lead performance reviews and drive accountability across the team.
• Grow revenue and optimize upfront cash collections.
