Advatix, Inc. is seeking a Director of Mechanical Engineering to lead the consulting practice. This remote role involves managing a team of engineers, guiding project delivery, and driving client engagement across multi-site commercial programs.

The position requires 15+ years in ME PM/PM roles within A/E/C, a PE license, and strong leadership and business development skills. Flexible remote/onsite/hybrid work options are available with a competitive compensation package.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• 15+ years of mechanical engineering project and/or program management in an A/E/C environment.
• 8+ years of supervisory or people-management experience.
• Experience with commercial programs, multi-site environments.
• Strong business development and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Lead the Mechanical Engineering consulting process and oversee activities, projects, and personnel within the discipline.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and consistently deliver high-quality engineering services.
• Lead business development initiatives, including marketing, events, networking, and cross-office opportunities.
