Stellar Health Group is seeking a Director of Clinical Reimbursement – MDS/PDPM to oversee reimbursement, MDS, PDPM, and compliance across Massachusetts and Vermont facilities. This remote leadership role partners with clinical and financial teams to optimize case-mix and ensure audit readiness.

The ideal candidate has deep MDS/PDPM expertise, Medicare/Medicaid knowledge, and strong leadership to drive standardized processes and staff education across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in skilled nursing reimbursement, MDS, PDPM.
• Strong knowledge of MDS 3.0, PDPM, Medicare/Medicaid processes.
• Experience managing ADR, TPE, RAC audits.
• Experience overseeing MDS and reimbursement across multiple facilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Must be located in Massachusetts or Vermont.

Aufgaben

• Oversee clinical reimbursement, MDS, PDPM, case-mix management, and compliance across a multi-site portfolio.
• Lead weekly PDPM and CMI reviews; monitor audits, ARD scheduling, and coding accuracy.
• Coordinate ADR, TPE, RAC responses and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Partner with MDS Coordinators, Rehab Directors, and finance to drive reimbursement performance.
• Onboard new facilities, establish standardized processes, and educate staff.
