Job summary

Cambridgepac seeks an MDS Director of Reimbursement to lead our clinical reimbursement team. You will oversee reimbursement programs, staff, and systems across facilities to ensure accurate resource utilization and compliant processes.

The role requires deep knowledge of MDS, RUG IV, and Medicare reimbursement, with the ability to collaborate across clinical, financial, and rehab teams to improve tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• RN or therapy background with healthcare degree is required.
• Deep knowledge of MOS and RUG IV processes as used in LTC.
• Experience with Medicare reimbursement and state-specific rules.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical reimbursement initiatives and staff.
• Review and analyze RUG distribution, trends, and reports.
• Provide instruction on RAIs, MDS, and related processes.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Financial, and Rehab teams to optimize tools.
