Job summary

Premier Healthcare, LLC seeks an experienced MDS Clinical Reimbursement Director for Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pennsylvania to lead reimbursement strategies and ensure compliant MDS assessments and billing.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, drive PDPM optimization, report on financial performance, and mentor staff to improve revenue and patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with MDS, Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• Strong PDPM experience.
• Ability to interpret complex data and optimize reimbursement.
• Excellent communication and leadership with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize reimbursement and maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate MDS assessments and documentation.
• Analyze financial performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with payors and government agencies to improve rates and terms.
• Lead and mentor reimbursement staff and contribute to strategic planning.
