Plainview Healthcare seeks a Regional Director of Reimbursement and Clinical Services to oversee MDS/PDPM processes across multiple sites. You will lead the MDS team, ensure CMS regulatory compliance, and drive accurate documentation for Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement.

Requires an RN license with 3+ years of management and MDS experience, plus 80% travel. Collaboration with finance, nursing, and records is essential.

Qualifications

• RN license is required and MDS/PDPM experience preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in management.
• Experience coordinating multi-facility regional teams.

Responsabilités

• Directly manages the MDS Team in multiple sites and ensures coverage.
• Ensures compliance with MDS procedures and CMS guidelines.
• Audits MDS 3.0 documentation for accuracy and reimbursement alignment.
• Monitors Quality Measures and QM reporting; assures proper coding.
• Collaborates with finance, nursing, medical records and IDT on reimbursement.
• Attends regional meetings and PDGM-related training; maintains confidentiality.
