You will shape strategy, run campaigns, and partner with sales, product, and customer success to drive pipeline and growth. You will own brand, content, demand generation, events, and the marketing tech stack including HubSpot and Salesforce, while building dashboards to measure impact and align with revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B software, SaaS, or tech.
• Experience leading marketing on small, high-impact teams.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Advanced HubSpot marketing automation; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to align marketing with sales, product, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy across brand, content, demand generation, product marketing and events.
• Plan and execute meaningful events throughout the year.
• Design and launch campaigns; analyze performance and optimize.
• Improve inbound lead flow and qualification with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with product on positioning and go-to-market for features.
• Manage marketing tech stack including HubSpot, Salesforce integration and GA.
• Create dashboards and reports showing campaign impact and revenue contribution.
• Develop lead scoring, segmentation and nurture programs by persona and journey.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to differentiate our story.
