Job summary

Pennsylvania Community Foundation Association is seeking a Director of Learning to expand its portfolio of professional development for community foundations staff and board, including webinars, cohorts, leadership programs, conferences and other educational initiatives.

Working with the President and PACFA members, the Director will identify needs, recruit speakers, oversee webinars, coordinate learning cohorts, and develop a coordinated education strategy for Pennsylvania foundations.

Qualifications

• BA degree and appropriate experience required.
• Demonstrated experience in community foundations field preferred.
• Strong communication and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop education and training agenda and assess member needs.
• Coordinate webinars, cohorts, leadership programs, and conferences.
• Identify speakers, recruit participants, and manage schedules and communications.
• Promote resources, maintain website resources, and measure program impact.
• Plan and evaluate annual conference and special events.
