Responsibilities

• Lead all local fundraising efforts for the Pennsylvania region.
• Create and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned to regional growth and impact goals.
• Serve as a key external ambassador for the region’s work with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the National Development Team and PA Executive Director to sustain and grow philanthropic support.
• Manage diverse funding sources and pipelines, including philanthropy, major gifts, and individual giving.
