Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; fundraising and staff leadership experience preferred.
• Minimum two years of staff management; three years of fundraising in a fast-paced setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches a team of 5-7 Leadership Annual Giving Managers with 500+ donors each.
• Manages a personal caseload of 150-200 mid-level donors and guides moves to major gifts.
• Identifies prospects and targets donors for visits to advance annual donors to major gifts.
• Develops donor cultivation and solicitation strategies with senior leadership.
• Tracks donor activity in CRM and maintains accurate donor records.
