Job summary

Core Health & Fitness in the United States is seeking a Director of Product - Functional Training to own the strategy, development, and lifecycle of the Throwdown and Gym Rax portfolios. You will translate market needs into opportunities and guide cross-functional teams from concept to end of life.

The role requires 5+ years in product management, a business or engineering degree, strong commercial and technical acumen, and travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, product development, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management/ development; fitness or durable goods experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of product cost, pricing, margins, forecasting, and business cases.
• Willingness to travel ~30–40%, including international travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Throwdown and Gym Rax.
• Manage portfolio performance: revenue, gross margin, pricing, lifecycle health.
• Engage with customers, dealers, Sales, Service, trainers to identify needs and translate insights into requirements.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop business cases and product investments with cost, margin, and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sourcing, Quality and manufacturing partners.
