Job summary

Core Health & Fitness is seeking a Director of Product - Functional Training to lead strategy, development, commercialization and lifecycle for Throwdown and Gym Rax portfolios. You will own the multi-year roadmap, translate market needs into opportunities, and drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Service and global manufacturing partners.

Travel about 30-40% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, product development, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or related physical-product role; fitness or durable goods preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including cost, pricing, gross margin, forecasting and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for Throwdown and Gym Rax portfolios.
• Lead product development from concept through commercialization with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor post-launch performance and manage lifecycle decisions based on data and feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Service and manufacturing partners to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
