Job summary

TruFit Athletic Clubs seeks a Director of Fitness Services to lead and innovate across Personal Training, Team Training, and Supplements. You will oversee program design, content development, and coach performance, ensuring scalable resources and brand-aligned experiences across clubs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in fitness programming, personal training, or group training.
• 3 years minimum in program design.
• Proven success in developing and scaling fitness programs across multiple locations.
• Expertise in SGPT and PT programming, with ability to coach and mentor at all levels.
• Strong business acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and program adoption.

Responsibilities

• Establish a strategic vision for Fitness Services and align with TruFit goals.
• Partner with COO and Fitness leadership to drive participation, revenue growth, and brand positioning.
• Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve attendance, cost per head and class formats.
• Design, implement, and improve Team Training programs, focusing on Combo 6 and TruPower.
• Oversee content creation for launches, seasonal programming, and events.
• Ensure programs meet safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Use TruFit’s App and digital platforms to develop scalable training resources and video content.
• Provide leadership to ensure best-in-class SGPT and PT practices; mentor District Team Training Coordinators.
• Establish evaluation standards and feedback mechanisms for coach performance.
• Ensure programs meet standards, certifications, and compliance protocols.
• Collaborate on sales training to drive enrollment and member engagement.
