Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading complex business, operational, digital, or strategic initiatives.
• Proven success in program or project management with executive-level collaboration.
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and drive adoption.
• Strong business, financial, and commercial acumen with metric-based thinking.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop program strategies, governance structures, success metrics, and executive communications.
• Partner with executive leaders as a trusted advisor to translate challenges into roadmaps.
• Collaborate across business, operational, and technical teams to scale digitally enabled solutions.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption programs.
• Establish and track KPIs, measure business impact, and provide executive reporting.
• Evaluate market opportunities and growth strategies for digital services expansion.
