Job summary
Reveleer is seeking a Staff Engineer to help modernize and scale its products, designing patterns, writing code, reviewing code, and guiding teams as the company expands its data and AI capabilities.
The role focuses on distributed systems, cloud-native patterns, API development, and cross-team collaboration to accelerate the 2026 roadmap and beyond. This is a remote opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits.
Qualifications
- Hands-on staff-level engineering experience in distributed systems.
- Cloud-native engineering with AWS or Azure.
- Experience with microservices and SaaS patterns.
- Building or supporting data/AI workloads (ML/LLM).
- Strong communication and mentorship skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and evolve core technical patterns for Reveleer software.
- Write high-quality code, prototypes, reference implementations, and reusable components.
- Provide hands-on guidance through pair programming, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Lead design for distributed systems, cloud-native patterns, API development, and multi-tenant SaaS.
- Partner with data and AI teams to integrate applications with pipelines, analytics, and ML/LLM services.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, technical risks, and architectural gaps and drive solutions.
- Work with product leadership to ensure the technical foundation accelerates roadmap delivery.
