Job summary

Accommodations Plus International is seeking a Director of Data & Standards to lead the data analytics team, govern data quality, and advance AI enablement across the organization. You will balance hands-on analytics with leadership, setting direction and driving trustworthy data practices.

The role emphasizes AI experiments, enterprise AI tool adoption (Claude Enterprise, Copilot), and collaboration with IT, Engineering, and Security to ensure data remains the single version of truth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in data analytics, BI, governance, or related field.
• Fluency with Claude and enterprise AI tooling; ability to design hypothesis-driven experiments.
• Experience defining data standards, metrics or governance in cross-functional environments.
• Strong SQL and BI/visualization tooling experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce executive materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data analysts; manage priorities across stakeholders.
• Define and maintain enterprise data standards, metadata, and data dictionary.
• Run AI experiments: intake, hypothesis, metrics, and documentation.
• Drive AI adoption and enablement, including training and scorecards.
• Manage vendor relationships and budget for data and AI tooling.
