Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years of consulting and sales experience.
• Experience building AI data operations capabilities and offerings.
• Ability to translate client needs into scalable AI services.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build the AI Data Operations Practice, define strategy, portfolio, and go-to-market.
• Win client opportunities through executive engagement and solution workshops.
• Design AI-native operations including data collection, labeling, and model evaluation.
• Establish AI quality, governance, and operational controls across delivery.
• Build market presence through thought leadership and client collaboration.
• Develop strategic partnerships with AI platforms, hyperscalers, and data providers.
• Enable global delivery with scalable operating models and repeatable playbooks.
