Job summary

Sedgwick invites a seasoned Director of Product Management, Data Science to shape a portfolio of predictive models and analytics solutions. You will own roadmaps, align with Data Science, Data Engineering, and architecture, and drive production-ready, governed solutions that deliver measurable business value across the enterprise.

You will lead PMs, partner with senior leaders, and ensure model performance, governance, and adoption while communicating progress to executives. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• Ten+ years in product management or strategy; data science or ML product experience required.
• Proven ability to take models from concept to production with measurable business impact.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and product operating models.
• Experience in regulated environments (insurance/healthcare/financial services) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and multi-year roadmap for data science portfolio.
• Oversee delivery across product and data science teams; manage dependencies and risks.
• Establish acceptance criteria and model performance thresholds; ensure governance.
• Partner with executives to align scope, sequencing, and business value.
• Lead lifecycle management from release readiness to monitoring and retirement.
• Build data literacy across stakeholders and communicate strategy and progress.
