Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience managing media relations or public relations.
• Experience in or willingness to learn the government contracting communications landscape.
• Alaska Native Corporation, tribal, or Indigenous-owned business experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations for multiple direct-to-consumer brands.
• Develop marketing plans, materials, and messaging tailored to audiences and goals.
• Manage media relations and press opportunities for consumer businesses.
• Partner with leadership across business lines to ensure a consistent brand voice.
• Drive leads and bookings through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
