Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national SME in Commercial P&C and agency operations. Lead standardization, capacity planning, and integration efforts, partnering with regional leaders to drive performance and shareholder value.

The role emphasizes operating model evolution, M&A support, and stakeholder collaboration, with remote/hybrid flexibility and a focus on scalable practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to strengthen Commercial Lines operations and performance.
• Lead workflow standardization and process improvement efforts across the organization.
• Oversee capacity planning and workforce analytics to support growth.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
• Promote EPIC system utilization and reporting tools across teams.
