The candidate will lead underwriting guidelines, rates, and policy forms, secure capacity, and manage carrier relationships. This is a fully remote US role with equity and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Deep underwriting expertise across commercial auto programs.
• Experience designing and launching insurance programs.
• Experience scaling programs to multi-million gross written premium.

• Prepare carrier and reinsurance submissions; develop guidelines and forms.
