Included Health is seeking a Medical Director - Clinical Affairs to act as a strategic clinical partner bridging our organization, clients, and external stakeholders. The role envisions leveraging data and technology to improve clinical and financial outcomes across care delivery, population health, and vendor ecosystems.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with medical license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Active medical license in good standing; board certification in primary specialty.
• Willingness to travel up to twice per month for 1–2 days per engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive clinical advisor for strategic enterprise clients.
• Translate population health data into clinical campaigns and actions.
• Lead multi-vendor clinical rounds with TPAs, carriers, and clients.
• Oversee clustering of high-cost claimants with clinically led interventions.
• Support growth and retention through clinical value demonstrations.
