Job summary

West Coast University seeks a Campus Director of Clinical Education for the PA program to lead development, evaluation, and ongoing quality improvement of the clinical phase, coordinating sites, preceptors, and scheduling to ensure high-quality student learning.

You will work with the program leadership to align curricula with ARC-PA standards, with travel to Ontario, CA five times per year. The role supports a collaborative, student-centered culture and academic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical education program and oversee the clinical phase team.
• Develop and maintain clinical site networks and preceptor relations to meet ARC-PA standards.
• Coordinate clinical calendars, student placements, and site communications.
• Ensure alignment of curriculum with accreditation expectations.
• Advise dean and program leadership on clinical education improvements.
