Job summary

Market My Market is hiring a Director, Client Experience to lead 4–6 CXMs in a fully remote role across the United States, including North Carolina. You will drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through strategic portfolio management and team leadership, reporting to the CEO.

You will champion ROI communication, implement AI-driven solutions, and develop scalable processes plus an internal knowledge base to empower teams and improve collaboration with clients.

Qualifications

• Agency/digital marketing leadership with 5–7 years of client management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and scale CX teams to meet KPIs.
• Strong communication of ROI and value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4–6 CXMs to deliver exceptional client experiences.
