Job summary

Market My Market is a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking a Client Experience Manager to lead a portfolio of 30-40 small businesses—primarily law firms and medical practices. You will own account strategy, maximize client opportunities through upselling, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with CSAs and the Director of Client Experience.

The role focuses on delivering insights on GBP performance and campaigns, preparing monthly reports, and driving renewal

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing a portfolio of SEO clients at a digital marketing agency.
• Ability to interpret Google Search Console data and explain ranking movements to a non-technical business owner.
• Experience with organic SEO strategy development and execution.
• Strong understanding of Google Business Profile optimization and local search marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized account strategies to help clients achieve marketing goals.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and secure contract renewals.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to foster trust.
• Attend client events and meetings to strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee a portfolio of 30-40 clients and ensure deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with CSAs to deliver campaigns, reporting, and project management.
• Track and report on client performance metrics.
• Address client challenges by coordinating with internal teams and presenting solutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and campaign performance.
• Create thoughtful client experiences and gifts to show care for clients.
