Job summary

True Rx Health Strategists is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive sales, identify targets, and build relationships with brokers, TPAs, captives, and employer groups. This individual will lead strategic planning, reporting, and industry engagement in a fully remote role with in-person meetings as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of outside B2B or medical sales with a proven track record, plus strong proficiency with Outlook,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or four to ten years of related experience.
• 3+ years outside B2B or medical sales with a proven track record of success.
• Proficient use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Target identification within assigned territory.
• Network and outreach to accounts, establishing strong connections.
• Consultative sales to understand customer needs and overcome barriers.
• Collaborate with management to create short and long-term sales action plans.
• Maintain sales reports and logs for management transparency.
• Attend educational meetings, seminars, and networking events to stay current with industry trends.
• Travel occasionally for events, including evenings and weekends.
