Matrix Medical Network is seeking a Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead enterprise BI strategy, analytics delivery, and reporting to drive data-driven decisions. This remote role requires US-based presence and brings a comprehensive benefits package.

Leading a high-performing team, you will modernize reporting platforms, establish scalable analytics capabilities, and partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of BI/analytics experience; 4+ years leading BI teams.
• Experience developing enterprise reporting strategies and executive dashboards.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled analytics and Agentic AI solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise BI strategy and analytics delivery across the organization.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and predictive analytics for executives.
• Guide data governance, architecture, and data quality initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing BI team and cross-functional partnerships.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
