Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Commercial Analytics & Insights to lead an analytics agenda in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You will own the data readiness framework, renewal metrics, and customer-facing insights, partnering with engineering and senior stakeholders to translate metrics into action.

This remote US-based role reports to the executive team, manages an analyst team, and expands benchmarking capabilities to support business validation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a quantitative or business field.
• Ownership of data readiness or quality frameworks in SaaS.
• Fluency in recurring revenue metrics like GRR, NRR, and ARR.
• Proven executive-level quantitative communication skills.
• Experience managing analyst teams and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the data readiness standard and assessment framework for implementations.
• Develop and maintain the renewal metrics framework for benchmarking performance.
• Deliver renewal performance insights in executive customer meetings.
• Translate KPI definitions into product specifications for engineering.
• Identify leading and lagging renewal performance signals and coordinate actions.
• Manage the Data Analyst team and align analytical throughput with demand.
• Expand the benchmarking library for customer and performance validation.
