Job summary

Halt Square is seeking a high-performance Female Athletic Trainer to lead athlete development. You will deliver remote coaching to athletes globally and in-person sessions locally, while collaborating with the Athletics Director to refine programs.

The role emphasizes movement analysis, feedback, and generating video demonstrations within the HS Training app, supporting the team’s growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with athletes is a major plus.
• Must hold Personal Training or Strength & Conditioning certification.
• Excellent communicator who translates movement observations into notes.
• Tech-savvy with training apps and video content creation.

Responsibilities

• Virtual & In-Person Coaching for athletes globally and locally.
• Collaborate with Athletics Director and provide session notes and feedback.
• Manage and review the HS Training app, upload demos, and give targeted feedback.
• Participate in monthly performance meetings to support growth.
