Zillow Group is seeking a Director of Information Security to drive strategy across Application Security and Security Architecture. This leadership role requires a hands-on background in security engineering and software development, with the ability to recruit senior engineers and partner with product and platform teams.

You will own multi-year roadmaps, budgets, and tooling, while elevating security to be a product feature and a core enabler of engineering velocity.

Formación

• 12+ years of progressive security experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing managers.
• Experience in high-growth consumer technology or fintech is preferred.
• Proven track record building AppSec programs integrated into SDLC/CI/CD.
• Ability to translate security risk into business impact for executives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-manager teams across AppSec and Security Architecture.
• Set 2–3 year roadmaps aligned with product/platform priorities.
• Own budget, tooling strategy, and engineering culture for security.
• Partner with product, platform, legal, privacy, and compliance.
