This role emphasizes scalable automation, touchless ticketing, and measurable business impact while guiding strategic initiatives and workforce productivity in a challenging, high‑accountability environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership in DevOps, automation, platform engineering, or large-scale operational environments.
5+ years leading managers and senior technical leaders with cross-team accountability.
Proven success driving enterprise-scale automation that improves efficiency, service quality, and reliability.
Experience modernizing legacy workflows into scalable, automated platforms.
Strong track record of measurable business impact, including KPI improvements.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise automation and DevOps strategy with scalable, repeatable outcomes.
Lead delivery of large-scale automation across ticketing, triage, assignment, and workflows.
Drive AI integration into operational workflows (Auto Triage/Auto Assign) to reduce manual effort.
Champion workflow redesign for automation-first, touchless operations at scale.
Drive cost-out initiatives and align automation with ROI and sustainability.
