Job summary

TEKsystems is partnered with a healthcare client to appoint a Director of Network Data & Voice. The role leads strategy, architecture, and operations of enterprise network and unified communications across 18 hospitals and 500+ locations, ensuring reliable, secure connectivity for clinical and business operations.

The executive will manage CUCM, Cisco UCCX, Webex Contact Center, and telephony modernization, while guiding 24x7 infrastructure and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership in enterprise networking and communications.
• Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams in complex environments.
• Strong experience managing operational and capital budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture, engineering, and operations of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Oversee WAN/LAN/WLAN, data center, and dark fiber environments.
• Ensure high availability, performance, resilience, and security across network services.
• Drive modernization initiatives including circuit optimization and infrastructure standardization.
• Serve as executive escalation point for major incidents and outages.
