Humana Inc. seeks a Director, Group Medicare Account Management to translate client engagement strategy into disciplined value delivery across a senior portfolio. The role reports to the Associate VP, leading relationships, renewal readiness, and cross-functional execution.

The leader drives NPS, retention, and service excellence while coordinating with actuarial, clinical, legal, and operations teams to optimize client outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in Medicare/regulated industries is highly valued.
• Proven leadership and client-facing capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead account management for a portfolio, driving retention and renewal readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes and value.
• Manage senior client relationships, governance, and issue resolution.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Network, and Operations to meet commitments.
• Communicate updates on Humana initiatives and regulatory changes.
