UnitedHealth Group seeks a Director, Client Management & Strategy to drive Medicare membership growth, retention, and service excellence through strong cross-functional partnerships and program leadership. The role oversees multi-team coordination to ensure compliant, high-performing client programs across provider relations, member services and operations.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, proven leadership, and a record of managing complex programs with executive engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in client management (behavioral health integration preferred).
• 5+ years in strategy, financial or operational management in a matrixed org.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 5% as needed.
