Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• MBA or MHA preferred.
• 7+ years of healthcare operations or consulting experience.
• Willingness to travel to and around Albuquerque, NM as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within assigned markets, partnering with operational and clinical leaders to meet activity metrics.
• Act as primary contact with Honest partners, fostering collaboration and resolving issues.
• Implement best practices across markets to ensure consistency and scale operations.
• Drive partner, practice and provider performance to meet organizational goals.
• Review KPI with market teams and partners to identify improvements and drive accountability.
• Own day-to-day relationship with partners, practices, and providers for effective collaboration.
