Geisinger Health Plan is seeking a Director of Service Coordination and LTSS to lead strategy, program design, and implementation for the CHC LTSS program across Pennsylvania. You will shape policy, drive partnership development with providers, and ensure participant-centered service delivery.

Based in Pennsylvania with remote work options, the role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to navigate state DHS/OLTL forums.

Formación

• Master's degree in a related field (Required).
• Minimum 8 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• Minimum 5 years in health insurance/managed care.
• Experience with LTSS policies and CHC program.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, program design, and implementation for LTSS/HCBS under CHC.
• Develop partnerships with LTSS providers, community organizations, advocacy groups, vendors, and others.
• Represent GHP as a CHC leader in state forums and audits.
• Monitor reporting and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Oversee policies and budgets for CHC to ensure participant-centered service delivery.
