Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a Director of Service Coordination and LTSS to lead strategy, design, and implementation for the CHC program in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on ensuring participant-centered LTSS delivery and regulatory compliance across state and federal requirements.

The successful candidate will oversee partnerships, manage budgets, and coordinate with leadership teams to drive program improvements and readiness for audits and reviews.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Minimum 8 years managerial/supervisory experience in health insurance or managed care.
• Understanding of LTSS/CHC policies, practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and implementation for CHC/ LTSS across Geisinger Health Plan.
• Develop and oversee partnerships with LTSS providers and community organizations.
• Represent GHP in state forums and prepare for CHC readiness reviews and audits.
• Monitor reporting and ensure regulatory and contract compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure program delivery and participant experience.
