Job summary

Lead the development and management of inventory and cost accounting functions in preparation for commercialization. You will establish scalable processes and controls, manage close activities, and ensure GAAP compliance.

Collaborate with Supply Chain, FP&A, IT, and external manufacturers while driving SOX readiness and inventory strategies for launches and expansions. Remote within the U.S. with occasional travel to Cambridge, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 12+ years in inventory and cost accounting in biotech/pharma/life sciences.
• Experience implementing inventory processes in a public company.
• Deep U.S. GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Establish scalable processes, policies, controls, and workflows; oversee monthly/quarterly close.
• Partner with Supply Chain, FP&A, IT, and external manufacturers.
• Support SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Lead inventory build strategies for product launches and manufacturing expansions.
• Develop team and scalable practices.
