Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive cost accounting experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with cost accounting in pharma/biotech/life sciences manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost models for commercial products manufactured through CMOs/CDMOs.
• Own inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, clinical supply, and finished goods at third-party locations.
• Direct the period-end inventory close and resolve issues.
• Manage inventory reserve methodology and cycle counts with 3PLs/CDMOs.
• Establish scalable cost accounting controls compliant with US GAAP and SOX.
