Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Human Resources Partnerships to join its leadership team in the Legal & Accounting space. This role will oversee a strategic HR partnership function advising leaders, strengthening employee relations, and supporting organizational health across the enterprise.

The manager will lead a team of HR Partners, shaping how the function operates through data and dashboards, and will partner with legal counsel and senior leadership on investigations, compliance, workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Significant experience as a strategic business partner.
• Extensive knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
• Strong business acumen with distributed teams leadership.
• Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Active SHRM-SCP or SPHR strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR Partnership team through coaching and mentoring.
• Evaluate and enhance the team’s operating model using data and dashboards.
• Provide strategic oversight for employee relations and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with legal counsel on investigations and documentation standards.
• Advise senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational health.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Supervise HR Partners, managing performance and career development.
