Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, TMO to drive major transformation initiatives within a large, matrixed healthcare organization. This remote role partners with senior stakeholders to shape program strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will establish governance, KPIs, and risk management, while aligning business objectives with enterprise-wide change. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in transformation leadership and healthcare/medtech consulting experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of transformation management experience.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Healthcare or medtech consulting experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication in a matrix organization.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead major transformation initiatives to align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define program strategy and manage execution
• Build relationships with senior leaders to ensure alignment and support for initiatives
• Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor project progress and success
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation projects
• Engage teams around transformation goals and performance metrics as a change agent
• Drive cross-functional project management, including planning and deliverables
