Job summary

SimiTree Talent Solutions is seeking a Corporate Director of Health Information Services for a home health organization. This remote leadership role oversees HIM, medical records, audits, and face-to-face encounter compliance across multiple states.

Candidates should have HIM/HIS leadership experience in multi-state home health, knowledge of Medicare rules and PDGM, and a bachelor's degree in health administration or related field; RHIT/RHIA are a plus.

Qualifications

• HIM/HIS leadership experience for a multi-state Home Health provider.
• Excellent understanding of Medicare rules and regulations and PDGM.
• Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, or related field preferred; RHIT/RHIA certifications are a plus but not required.
• Experience with Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) audits preferred.
• AI/Automation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the HIM department.
• Oversight of directly reporting leaders.
• Improve and build out scalable processes and workflows.
• Work collaboratively with centralized support services, RCM, compliance, and branch leadership teams.
