Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Director, HCP Marketing to lead the engagement strategy for CTN, AAD, and MDD/PTSD programs.

You will shape brand positioning and omnichannel promotion to increase awareness, adoption, and utilization among healthcare professionals. You will collaborate with sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and commercial operations to align priorities and ensure compliant, impactful promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience focused on HCP engagement.
• Experience in CNS/psychiatry/neurology preferred.
• Proven ability to lead HCP engagement strategies including non-personal promotion (NPP) and speaker programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HCP engagement strategy aligned with brand objectives.
• Lead omnichannel strategy including NPP and digital engagement.
• Develop promotional tools and training to empower field sales.
• Partner with KOLs; oversee speaker programs and congress presence.
• Utilize market insights to refine strategies and respond to market dynamics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant execution of promotional initiatives.
• Establish KPIs and optimize ROI across campaigns.
• Oversee marketing budget and resource allocation.
