Job summary

Lyric is hiring a Forward Deployed Solution Strategist within its Customer Success organization to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across major enterprise accounts. This Director-level role blends supply chain expertise, technical fluency, and relationship-building to navigate customer organizations and deliver measurable value.

The FDSS embeds within customer teams to translate operational challenges into actionable strategies across scenario modeling, network analysis, and AI/ML use

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Supply Chain Operations, or Go-to-Market Strategy roles.
• Adept knowledge of supply chain domains and ability to discuss technical and business topics.
• Fluency in modeling, analysis, or AI/ML use cases.
• Proven ability to drive platform adoption and measurable value through stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication skills across business and technical audiences.
• Ability to identify expansion opportunities and feed insights to Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic success of Lyric's largest enterprise accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive adoption and value.
• Lead Quarterly Success Reviews and executive engagements aligning goals, impact, and roadmap.
• Embed within customer organizations to translate challenges into actionable strategies across modeling and planning.
• Partner with Sales on renewal strategy, expansion pathways, and growth workshops.
• Build hands-on in Lyric Studio and lead small teams to prototype solutions.
• Surface customer voice to Product and advocate for roadmap needs.
• Train and enable customer teams on Lyric’s platform for long-term self-sufficiency.
• Craft business cases for expansion opportunities and collaborate to close deals.
