Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a strategic communications leader to serve as Director, Executive Visibility and Reputation, supporting clinical leaders.

Lead a comprehensive program to strengthen external presence, credibility, and influence of Humana's clinical leaders across media and policy discussions. You will partner across the organization to advance enterprise priorities, translate clinical topics into compelling narratives, and position Humana's leaders as trusted experts in healthcare quality,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field.
10+ years of communications experience with executive visibility, thought leadership, media relations, or reputation management.

Responsibilities

Define and lead a comprehensive executive visibility strategy aligned with Humana's clinical priorities and enterprise reputation goals.
Develop and evolve the Chief Medical Officer's external narrative across media, forums, social channels, and stakeholder engagements.
Counsel and prepare executives for media interviews, industry conferences, investor events, and policy discussions.
Lead the creation of speeches, op-eds, talking points, and thought leadership content.
