Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a strategic communications leader to serve as Director, Executive Visibility and Reputation, supporting our clinical leaders.

You will design and execute an executive visibility program to elevate Humana's clinical experts and influence healthcare conversations. Partner with Corporate Communications to align messages, build trusted narratives, and translate complex healthcare topics for broad audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a communications or related field with a minimum of 10 years in strategic communications.
Proven success developing and executing executive visibility, thought leadership, media relations, or reputation management strategies.
Experience supporting C-suite executives and developing executive-level communications.
Exceptional writing and storytelling across speeches, op-eds, talking points, and external communications.

Responsibilities

Define and lead a comprehensive executive visibility strategy aligned with clinical priorities and enterprise reputation goals.
Develop the Chief Medical Officer's external narrative across media, forums, and social channels.
Position clinical leaders as experts on healthcare quality, patient outcomes, and policy.
Counsel and prepare executives for media interviews, conferences, investor events, and policy discussions.
