Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a strategic communications leader to serve as Director, Executive Visibility and Reputation, supporting clinical leaders.

The role defines and executes an executive visibility program to strengthen Humana's external presence, credibility, and influence across healthcare policy, quality, and outcomes. You will partner with Corporate Communications and other departments to position the CMO and clinical leaders as trusted experts, translating complex topics into accessible

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field.
10+ years of communications experience with executive visibility, thought leadership, media relations, or reputation management.
Experience supporting C-suite executives and developing executive-level communications.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content development skills.

Responsibilities

Define and lead a comprehensive executive visibility strategy aligned with clinical priorities.
Develop external narrative for the Chief Medical Officer and other clinical leaders.
Counsel and prepare executives for media interviews, conferences, and investor events.
Lead creation of speeches, op-eds, talking points, and thought leadership content.
Monitor trends and manage reputation across channels; collaborate across departments.
