Qualifications

• 7+ years in emergency management with 3+ years in leadership.
• 3+ years managing multiple clients and projects.
• 3+ years developing or validating EOPs and continuity plans.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and hold a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead all-hazards EOPs and continuity plans with partners.
• Oversee exercise design, conduct, and evaluation per HSEEP.
• Manage portfolio performance, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership during EOC activations and incident response.
