This 100% remote role will standardize performance, modernize training infrastructure, and elevate the employer brand to attract top fundraising talent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive fundraising or sales leadership experience in a large nonprofit or matrixed corporate sales environment.
• Strong understanding of fundraising mechanics and talent strategies linked to revenue outcomes.
• Experience guiding organizational transitions with empathy and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Design a unified Performance Framework across regions with clear KPIs.
• Drive onboarding and training under the 'ACS Way' for frontline staff.
• Enable managers to navigate transitions to higher spans of control.
• Champion pillar culture and manage change in partnership with leadership.
• Collaborate with POD partners to benchmark data and shape compensation strategies.
