Job summary

TTEC Digital, the technology division of TTEC, seeks a Director – Data Architect to lead Microsoft Data & AI architecture across client engagements in the United States. You will shape modern data platforms using Azure Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI, and mentor architects and engineers while maintaining hands-on depth.

Responsibilities include client discovery, architecture workshops, solution design, governance patterns, and AI readiness for enterprise analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
12+ years of technology experience with enterprise data platforms, cloud, analytics, and architecture.
5+ years of architecture or senior technical leadership delivering large-scale data solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted Data & AI architecture advisor to client business and technology stakeholders.
Lead client discovery and architecture workshops translating business needs into Microsoft Data & AI architectures.
Guide architecture decisions across Fabric, Azure Databricks, or integrated architectures.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects and engineering teams while maintaining hands-on depth.
